https://www.tada.network/

ToekomstAtelierDelAvenir (TADA) is a non-profit organisation that engages citizens and businesses in empowering youngsters from socio-economically vulnerable backgrounds

In our 5 weekend schools, we inspire over 800 youngsters aged 10-14 every Saturday of the school year, through interactive workshops from a range of sectors, taught by inspired volunteers. After a three-year pathway in one of the weekend schools, these teenagers become alumni, a network of now more than 1,500 youngsters. TADA continues to support these young people through access to a mentor, homework spots, all kinds of inspiring activities, and the possibility of student jobs & internships.

TADA's mission? A more inclusive society and equal development opportunities for all. Starting with our own team, where you are welcome regardless of your gender, age, orientation, origin or ethnicity.

What does Fundraising Manager do?

As fundraising manager, you will conduct fundraising for TADA towards companies and high-net-worth individuals. This way, you contribute to raising the necessary budget for the operation of an impactful non-profit organisation:

  • You prospect potential donors and guide these prospects through the fundraising phases: from identifying and qualifying prospects to maintaining a partnership.

  • You do account management of existing financial partners: you are the contact person for these partners, understand their needs, and facilitate their support to other departments (volunteering in the weekend school or alumni network).

  • You passionately share our story: you bring TADA's mission and projects towards our stakeholders in an inspiring way in both personal contact and through presentations, in order to create engagement and get (more) financial support.

  • You maintain reporting on fundraising progress, closely tracking data on communication, preferences and history of financial partners for the rest of the organisation.

  • You contribute to the continuous improvement of the fundraising department: you propose new initiatives to improve TADA's fundraising or bring in new funds.

  • You are responsible for organising events that contribute to fundraising (such as 20K through Brussels or Dandoy St Nikolas campaign) or more general TADA events for major donors.

What is your profile?

  • You are Dutch speaking and have a good knowledge of English, knowledge of French is a plus.

  • You have at least 3 years' experience in sales/business development/fundraising, where you have already developed some skills around prospecting & account management.

  • You have excellent communication and networking skills, with a strong ability to convince others.

  • You are proactive with a sense of initiative, and have good project management skills.

  • You share TADA's social mission, and are motivated to contribute to an impactful organisation.

What does TADA offer you?

  • You do meaningful work to help change society.

  • You will work in an enthusiastic organisation where learning and growth opportunities are central, based on your own interests and experiences.

  • You will join a team with a stimulating and positive team spirit.

  • You have access to an extensive training programme aimed at your personal development.

  • You sign a part-time contract of indefinite duration for 20 hours per week with interesting conditions (including various benefits such as health insurance, telephone allowance, meal vouchers, etc.).

  • You will work in a comfortable and inspiring working environment in the centre of Brussels (Porte de Namur).

  • You get excellent IT equipment (Iphone, MacBook) to work with.
